1/22/10   Hey Everyone, Just a very important note to communicate the urgency in buying a New Home Now!! The Market is changing for the better and I strongly advise you to get on the Bus now. We are starting to get some increases to our pricing and that means the deals we currently have might not be here tomorrow. I am just saying......As the market corrects prices and the interest rates will rise. Example, a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 Bath home of 2000 square feet now might be a 3 bedroom 2 Bath home of 1700 square feet for the same price. Think About it.

 10/5/09  Thanks everyone for stopping by our new website. We are very pleased with the response so far and are excited for our new, updated platform. We are still tweaking and have some more floor plans and features to add.

Even though we can build excellent homes, building a website to our standards takes a little more time to learn. Any feedback would be appreciated.

We have been able to see a few sales recently in all of our neighborhoods and our optimistic that we have seen the bottom. These historically low interest rates have really helped the market and do not know how long the low rates will last.....don't be on the fence and let it slip away.

9/1/09   Welcome to the ALL NEW!!  CELEBRATION HOMES WEBSITE!!  We are very proud to launch our new platform for everyone to see our homes in a new light. We have added some new features and made it much easier to navigate to find information and answers to your questions. There is so much energy that goes into a project of this magnitude that their might be a few glitches or errors and we apologize in advance.
